Just outside Vicenza, is this wonderful Italian villa by Andrea Palladio. It’s one of several paintings I produced specially for an exhibition in Marostica, in the Veneto region. For this composition of a very symmetrical building, I deliberately placed the villa slightly off-center, allowing the viewer’s eye to travel from the foreground fields up to the glowing architecture.
