Is this M1 tested? A. Yes, you will receive a M1 test certificate with your bed. Q. Do the beds come with tested ISOFIX? A. Our beds can come with tested ISOFIX for an extra cost, we are actually one of the only bed companies with this certification. Q. How will I know how to fit my own bed? A. You will receive a fitting guide with your bed. Q. Do you fit the beds? A. Yes we do, we fit our products Monday to Friday. Q. Are the beds easy to operate? A. Yes, our beds are the easiest to operate on the market, we are happy to show you the correct technique. We also have gas struts on our beds to assist getting the bed back to seat position. Q. Have you got a recliner function? A. Yes, all our beds come with a recliner as standard. Q. Do I need to purchase a fitting kit? A. No, all our beds come with the fitting kit free of charge. Q. Do you deliver? A. Yes we do, we actually have the capability to deliver up to 21 beds. We can also organise for the product to be palletised and shipped via an external courier. Q. How long is the lead time? A. 2-3 weeks on frame only, for upholstery it is always best to ring us as this changes daily. Q. How do I know if this is suitable to my vehicle? A. All measurements are on the website, you are welcome to come down to us and we will be more than happy to measure up. Q. Where in the van does your bed sit? A. The beds are designed to be butted up to the rear doors, however some vehicles can have these further forward allowing more boot space, this is mainly for the larger vans. Q. Do I need to inform my insurance? A. We always recommend notifying your insurance, we also recommend changing your V5C too.
