Lansing, a well-known player, teacher, and member of the famous American fretted instrument Quartet, the ‘Boston Ideals’. They were all first class players of their instruments, so although they would be quite happy to perform easy tuneful pieces, they were also capable of playing technically difficult ones, and making them sound easy. This is one of the latter.
