The precious Kolinsky Marten used is ideal for watercolour and extremely diluted techniques such as oil glazes and gouache. The natural hair has an extreme capacity for absorbing colour with slow and homogeneous release, in a continuous and light brush stroke. The 106 series is characterised by a soft and full brush stroke, which deposits colour in a homogeneous and light way, particularly appreciated by hyper-realist painters, restorers and gilders. The particular pointed conical shape is ideal for precise and light pressure, with a good flow of colour given by the full fibre at the base. The fibre is short for greater precision in detail. The handle is short, light and easy to handle, suitable for small and precision work, and a wide range of sizes perfect for any type of painting intervention, starting even from 1/5 fractions of Zero. The stroke is light and full, very precise, if used under pressure it leaves an elongated drop trace.
